All products from Apex Health Performance are manufactured using a lyophilization (freeze-drying) process. This method is designed to maintain product integrity and allows vials to remain stable during shipping for approximately 3–4 months.
Once a vial is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, it should be stored in the refrigerator to help maintain stability. Under these conditions, reconstituted material is generally considered stable for up to 30 days.
Lyophilization is a dehydration technique in which compounds are frozen and then exposed to low pressure. This causes the water in the vial to sublimate directly from solid to gas, leaving behind a stable, crystalline white structure. This powder can be kept at room temperature until reconstitution.
Upon receipt, products should be stored away from heat and light. For short-term use, refrigeration at approximately 4°C (39°F) is suitable. For long-term storage (several months to years), vials may be placed in a freezer at approximately -80°C (-112°F). Freezing is the preferred method for preserving product stability over extended periods.

The Trigger in IVF Cycles: Molecular Pathways and Clinical Implications.
HCG remains the most widely used trigger, but its pharmacological profile is associated with a significant risk of OHSS.

Furthermore, from the proteomic analysis, we show that hCG regulates the intra- and extra-cellular organization of gubernacular cells together with a massive regulation of the antioxidant response.

Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) measurements may be the earliest indicator of fertility cycle success, available several weeks before an ultrasound would be diagnostic for pregnancy. Outcomes of these cycles are high stakes for a couple, and the earliest reassurance of a normal pregnancy would be beneficial for their well-being. Additionally, earlier diagnosis can allow for more rapid management by providers in the case of abnormal pregnancies. Therefore, establishing normal values for initia

This review summarizes what has been written in the literature about the role of hCG as a tumor marker in these 2 gynecological malignancies and also about the signal transduction pathways in which hCG is involved.

The aim of this review is to analyse the effectiveness of exogenous kisspeptin administration as a novel alternative of triggering oocyte maturation, instead of currently used triggers such as human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) or gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist, in women undergoing in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment. Kisspeptin has been considered a master regulator of two modes of GnRH and hence gonadotropin secretion, pulses and surges. Administration of kisspeptin-10 and ki
