Storage Instructions
All products from Apex Health Performance are manufactured using a lyophilization (freeze-drying) process. This method is designed to maintain product integrity and allows vials to remain stable during shipping for approximately 3–4 months.
Once a vial is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, it should be stored in the refrigerator to help maintain stability. Under these conditions, reconstituted material is generally considered stable for up to 30 days.
Lyophilization is a dehydration technique in which compounds are frozen and then exposed to low pressure. This causes the water in the vial to sublimate directly from solid to gas, leaving behind a stable, crystalline white structure. This powder can be kept at room temperature until reconstitution.
Upon receipt, products should be stored away from heat and light. For short-term use, refrigeration at approximately 4°C (39°F) is suitable. For long-term storage (several months to years), vials may be placed in a freezer at approximately -80°C (-112°F). Freezing is the preferred method for preserving product stability over extended periods.

Exploring associations between the teat apex metagenome and intramammary infections in primiparous cows under organic directives.
Of the most prevalent microorganisms in controls, those associated with a lower risk of post-calving IMI included phage Min 1 (OR = 0.37, 95% CI: 0.25-0.53), (OR = 0.53, 95% CI: 0.30-0.94), (OR = 0.54, 95% CI: 0.35-0.82), (OR = 0.64, 95% CI: 0.44-0.93), and (OR = 0.45, 95% CI: 0.26-0.75).

BACKGROUND: Monitoring serum phosphorus concentrations is crucial in the management of chronic kidney disease in cats. The diurnal variation of serum phosphorus concentration may affect clinical assessment. HYPOTHESIS/OBJECTIVES: Characterize the diurnal variation of serum phosphorus concentration in cats and determine the associations between changes in serum phosphorus concentration and several metabolites of phosphorus metabolism. ANIMALS: Six apparently healthy, intact male, specific-pathoge

The pre-op level of IL-6 exhibited a significant increase the day after CXL, whereas comparing the day after the procedure to 12 months after CXL, this showed a significant decrease. Both TNF-α and IL-1 showed a significant decrease compared to the day before and after CXL.

Results showed that Matrigel induced cells to form aggregates with lower viability and no ECM production compared to the novel scaffolds. The HA-EAbuK-IKVAV scaffold resulted in the most suitable 3D model in terms of cell quantity and viability.

RESULTS: Compared to the control group, the experimental groups showed significantly higher GF release when using EDTA or HEDP.
View Full Study on PubMedSclerostin in periodontal ligament: Homeostatic regulator in biophysical force-induced tooth movement.
AIM: To study the role of sclerostin in periodontal ligament (PDL) as a homeostatic regulator in biophysical-force-induced tooth movement (BFTM). However, sclerostin was up-regulated in the PDL in vivo by adaptable force, which induced typical transfiguration without changes in periodontal space as well as in vitro PDL cells under compression and tension.
